Hollidaysburg State Police
– William S. Moyer, 20, Tyrone, was charged with violating Pennsylvania’s Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act after a trooper observed drug paraphernalia in his vehicle on Oct. 17.
Bedford State Police
– Someone used force on Sept. 30 to break into a home on Winding Ridge Road, West Providence Township, Bedford County. The burglar, while breaking in, did $200 in damage to a door. Once inside, the burglar stole $924.
Rockview State Police
– A female inmate in the Centre County Correctional Centre was observed Friday morning concealing contraband. The incident is under investigation.

Logan Township police
– Jordan A. Over, 24, of 324 Pine Ave., and Addison P. Dunn, 18, of 229 E. Fourth Ave. were arrested Monday at Kohl’s in the Logan Town Centre. Over is charged with retail theft, and Dunn is charged with retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
– April M. Charles, 40, and Diamond U. Charles, 18, both of 325 Spruce Ave., were arrested Monday at Boscov’s in the Logan Town Centre and will be charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.
– Laura Ainsworth, 33, of 2507 Dysart Ave., was arrested Saturday at Boscov’s in the Logan Town Centre and charged with retail theft.
– Thomas E. Myers II, 44, of 215 Heather Ave. was arrested early Sunday on Heather Avenue and charged with simple assault and harassment.
– A vehicle parked overnight on Saturday at Nittany Pointe was entered, and a Penn State ID, a credit card, bluetooth speaker and change were stolen.
– A vehicle parked overnight on Saturday at Pennview Apartments on Grandview Road was entered, and a bright pink backpack containing an Apple Mac Pro laptop and other miscellaneous items were stolen.
– A vehicle parked between Thursday and Sunday at Pennview Apartments on Grandview Road was entered, and a Garmin GPS and a wallet with $70 cash were stolen.
Philipsburg state police
– Leslie Jay Framer, 54, Philipsburg, was cited with willful obstruction of an emergency phone line for allegedly making 22 calls to both the Clearfield County 911 Center and Philipsburg state police.

– Daniel K. Fetter, 63, New Paris, was cited for criminal mischief after an alleged incident Oct. 16 on Fetter Lane in East St. Clair Township.

– Sheila A. Gehl, 55, 315 E. Blair Ave., was arrested Tuesday on the 400 block of East Plank Road and charged with driving under the influence.
– Rhonda A. Lardieri, no age or address listed, was arrested Monday at 31st Street and Sixth Avenue and charged with driving under the the influence.
– Greg Webster, no age listed, 1100 13th Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested Sunday, Oct. 11, at his home and charged with simple assault, harassment, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Logan Township police
– Jerome T. Nelson, 19, Malvern, and Brendan D. Higgins, 19, of Whitehouse Station, N.J., were cited after an alleged incident early Friday at Nittany Pointe, 2200 Campus View Drive. Nelson allegedly pulled a fire alarm and fled with Higgins’ help. Both face disorderly conduct charges. Higgins will also be cited for underage drinking.
– The taillight assembly of a 2002 Dodge Ram pickup was stolen Monday between 8:45 a.m. and 5 p.m. while the truck was parked at the Logan Valley Mall.

— Lindsey Green, 22, 138 Roadrunner Drive, Bellwood, was charged Monday with driving under the influence, careless driving, driving vehicle at safe speed and corruption of minors at Eighth Street and Seventh Avenue.
— Damon C. Ledford, 40, 2549 Third Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence at Third and Dysart avenues.
Tyrone police
— A resident on the 400 block of West 16th Street reported Sunday seeing two males entering a parked car with one going through the glove box. The males ran when the owner appeared. Several other cars were entered. Anyone with information is asked to contract Tyrone police at 684-1365.
— The Dollar General store reported that a person was in the store, put on a hoodie and walked out without paying for it on Sept. 28.
— A woman reported that, between 3:30 and 10:30 p.m. Monday, someone struck her 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt while it was parked at the park and ride lot on East 10th Street. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 684-1365.

— Patrick Dacillo, no age or address listed, was charged Sunday with simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after allegedly punching a Shawville woman in the face and damaging her vehicle on Colorado Drive, Woodward Township.
