From Mirror staff reports
Three city men face theft and related charges after police responded to a shots fired incident on the 1000 block of East Walton Avenue on Wednesday.
According to Logan Township police, officers were dispatched to the area for an active disturbance and a gunshot fired through the window of a residence.
On scene, officers spoke with the victim, who reported that three individuals, later identified as Deshawn Ansel Spriggs, 21; Logan Clayton Sweeney, 18; and Brayden Harris Winters, 18, were at his residence when the victim asked the three to help him look for his missing firearm.
When he tried to walk past the three, they began to strike him several times. Police said the victim was bleeding from his ear, had bruising and swelling to his forehead and a laceration to his face.

Sweeney
The victim said the three left, taking more than $2,000 worth of clothing and shoes, as well as two firearms.
After their departure, the victim said he heard what he thought was a gunshot through the rear window, which was shattered.
During the investigation, police determined that a brick was used to strike and shatter the window, not a gunshot. One firearm was located at the rear of the apartment, police reported on the department’s Facebook page.
Logan Township police obtained felony arrest warrants for Spriggs, Sweeney and Winters, locating Spriggs and Winters early Thursday morning. They were taken into custody without incident.
All three are charged with felony counts of aggravated assault, conspiracy robbery and conspiracy theft, along with misdemeanor counts of simple assault and conspiracy criminal mischief and a summary charge of harassment.

Winters
Winters and Spriggs were arraigned Thursday morning before Magisterial District Judge Daniel C. DeAntonio and remanded to the Blair County Prison. Bail is set at $75,000 each.
Their preliminary hearings are set for March 27 before Magisterial District Judge Matthew Dunio.
Sweeney remains at large, police reported.
Anyone with information on Sweeney’s whereabouts is requested to contact the Blair County 911 Center at 814-940-5952.
