Wesley E. Pierce

Surviving are his parents; three sons: Kamren, Kayden and Kealen Pierce, all of Altoona; six daughters: Laila Benitez of Altoona, Maleigha Stromile in West Virginia and Keiyanah Pierce, Zuri Pierce, Kiyonna Bybee and Lola Pierce, all of Altoona; a grandson, DeAndre, of Altoona; four sisters: Stephanie Rodgers of Altoona, Sonja Powell and Erika Smith, both in North Carolina, and Brittney Miller of Altoona. Wes is also survived by his companion, Anna Lynn, of Altoona; and many special nieces and nephews.

He was a graduate of Altoona Area High School.

Wes was self-employed as a personal trainer at The Underground. He loved bodybuilding and training people that wanted to better their lives.

He was a member of Arandale Elks Violet Lodge 184.

Wes especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2023, at The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona. A funeral service will immediately follow at 4 p.m. in the Stevens Memorial Chapel with Pastor Matt Burns and Pastor Steven Pearson officiating.
