Donald J. Myers Sr.

Donald J. Myers Sr., 84, of Altoona, passed away at UPMC Altoona on Jan. 3, 2025, of a broken heart after losing his wife, Sandra, on Dec. 23, 2024, after 40 years of marriage.
He was also preceded in death by sons, Donald J. Myers Jr. and Martin Myers Sr.; a brother, Kim Myers (Winnie); and his parents, James and Viola Myers.
Surviving are a son, Michael Myers (Linda) of Booneville, Ark.; stepson, Mark (Sonie) of Tyrone; mother-in-law, Harriet Kinsel; brother-in-law, Jody Kinsel of Altoona; grandsons, Tyler Warren (Janie) and Ricky Wirt (Miracle) of Northwest Arkansas, Matthew and Andrew Morrissey of Tyrone, Martin Myers Jr. of Fort Smith, Ark., and Mitchell; and four great-grandchildren: Benjamin, William, Melanie and Rick Cassidy.
There will be no public services at this time.
